OCTOBER 3RD
10AM-1PM
DOONAN
SUNSHINE COAST
WOMEN
18+
There's a kind of aliveness that lives quietly beneath the surface, waiting.
A charge. A curiosity. A pulse that wants to move.Sometimes it gets buried beneath the weight of stress, holding, or difficult emotion. The body doesn’t always need more rest. Sometimes it needs space to release, regenerate, and remember its own vitality.
As spring arrives, that aliveness begins to stir, ready to rise and be expressed.
This immersion is a dynamic, embodied space for women to move differently, explore the body from the ground up, and let curiosity and impulse lead the way.
Together we’ll explore what it feels like when the body awakens through unfurling – moving, sensing, exploring, delighting.
